Eladde, Inc. is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and responsible environment for all users. While our platform is not designed for children, we take child safety seriously and adhere to strict standards to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

1. Age Restriction

Eladde is intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from users under the age of 18. Any account suspected of violating this policy will be reviewed and removed if confirmed.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

We strictly prohibit the following on eladde:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
  • Solicitation of minors in any form.
  • Sexually suggestive content involving minors, including drawings, digital renderings, or animations.
  • Grooming behavior, predatory messaging, or attempts to establish sexual relationships with minors.
  • Sharing or requesting explicit material from users under 18.

3. Detection, Reporting, and Response

  • We use automated and manual moderation to detect and remove harmful content or behaviors.
  • All CSAM reports are reviewed immediately. Confirmed CSAM is removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities in compliance with U.S. and international law.
  • Users can report content, messages, or users within the app using the in-app report tool.
  • Reports are prioritized based on severity, and action may include warning, suspension, or permanent ban.

4. User Feedback and Reporting Tools

Eladde provides users with in-app tools to:

  • Block and report abusive users or suspicious behavior.
  • Flag inappropriate content or messages.

All safety reports are reviewed by a dedicated moderation team.

5. Moderator Training and Oversight

Our content moderation team is trained to:

  • Detect and escalate CSAM and grooming-related behaviors.
  • Recognize code words and techniques used by offenders.
  • Work with law enforcement in cases involving potential child exploitation.

6. Compliance with Law Enforcement and Regulatory Bodies

  • We fully cooperate with law enforcement and comply with all applicable child protection laws, including the U.S. PROTECT Act, GDPR, and ePrivacy Directive (EU).
  • We maintain proper records of CSAM-related reports and actions for regulatory and legal compliance.
